Refund policy

We want you to love your Big Blue Dive piece. But if something's not quite right, here’s how we can help.

30-Day Return Guarantee

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange. After 30 days, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange—but don’t worry, you can still contact us. We’ll do our best to work out a solution that suits you.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
  • It must be in its original packaging.
  • You'll need proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order number).

Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Partial refunds may be considered in certain cases, including:

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved. If it is, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.

Haven’t Received Your Refund Yet?

If you haven’t seen your refund:

  1. Double-check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take a few days to process.
  3. Speak to your bank—some processing time may apply.
  4. Still no luck? Email us at roland@bigbluedive.com and we’ll help you sort it out.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are not refundable.


Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items if they arrive defective or damaged. Roland takes great pride in the quality of every piece, and we know many of our customers wear their jewellery in the sea. If your item needs maintenance or refurbishing, get in touch—we're here to help.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit once we receive your return. We’ll email you a gift certificate.

If the gift was sent to the giver first and then given to you, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

  • You’ll need to cover the return shipping costs.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If your return is approved, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

For items over $75, we recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
